What is Family Mediation?
Family Mediation is a guided process used to resolve matters involving a family. The goal is to reach a mutually accepted agreement on the matters being discussed.
A mediator is an un-biased neutral third party. The mediator does not tell the parties what to do, but can help the parties reach their own agreements, while trying to improve the communication between them.
Family mediation provides a space to reach your own solutions in a safe and comfortable setting.

How much does mediation cost in the National Capital Region?
- An average mediation session is 6-8+ hours
- Mediation fees range between $125/hour to $300/hour + HST
- That makes the average cost of mediation in Ottawa approximately $2,400 + HST ( based on 8 hours).
Do you offer payment plans for Divorce Mediation?
- If cost is an issue, please speak to me. I might be able to work out a payment plan with you. I go case by case.
