$150/ hour +HST
Intake/Pre-Mediation session( each client pays for their own session)
Typically a one-hour session. The professional mediator and client discuss the goals of mediation, the history of the relationship, the current status of communication between the parties, the current parenting schedule and challenges around the current schedule, and any other matters the client would like to discuss and/or questions for the mediator.
Family mediation sessions ( session fee split between both clients)
Mediation sessions are typically 2 hours in length. 1/2-day or full-day mediation can be accommodated.

The mediation process is tailored to identify parents' needs, clarify issues, and come to an agreement that works with your new family dynamic. A trained and Accredited Family Mediator helps facilitate the communication between the parties.Emotional and physical safety is paramount during the process.
This is a neutral process whereby the clients make all decisions, and the mediator writes up their agreement at the end. External resource suggestions are offered to assist the parties ( ie: parenting calendars, co-parenting websites, and communication apps such as Our Family Wizard and Talking Parents).

Divorce and Separation Coaching Services
$75/hour + HST
Intake Session: 1 hour
An intake session for divorce coaching is an initial meeting where you and the coach discuss your situation, goals, and expectations. This session is crucial for establishing a rapport and understanding your unique needs. During the intake, the coach may ask questions about your current circumstances, past experiences, and what you hope to achieve through coaching, allowing them to tailor their approach to best support you.
Coaching sessions
During a divorce coaching session, you can expect a supportive and structured environment where you discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences related to your divorce. The coach will guide you in identifying your goals and challenges, helping you to develop strategies for moving forward. Sessions may include exercises to enhance your decision-making skills, role-playing scenarios for effective communication, and techniques for managing emotions. The focus is on empowering you to navigate the divorce process with confidence and clarity.
